Enjoyed recent stay at Little Barn, well equipped, bed was comfortable and good shower. Centrally located within Helmsley for access to shops/eating places. Private Courtyard for sitting out. Helen was helpful at booking stage and on arrival with helpful local knowledge about walking/cycling routes. Would recommend.

Helmsley is a beautiful place to visit. There's so much to explore right on your doorstep and The Little Barn is the perfect base to do so. It is right in the heart of Helmsley, only minutes from the market square, restaurants, bars and there are some amazing walks straight from the front door. The Little Barn is also extremely peaceful and has everything you need for a relaxed stay. highly recommended.

Just returned from a 3 night stay at Little Barn. Absolutely beautiful accommodation. Decorated and furnished to a very high standard, with lovely character features. Excellent, peaceful location, whilst being just minutes from the centre of Helmsley and all of its amenities. Helpful little touches like milk, tea bag, coffee and biscuits on arrival. Extremely comfortable bed and great shower room. Outdoor seating in a little sun trap. Great communication from the owner. Fabulous place, would highly recommend and definitely plan to return again.

Cosy barn conversion not far from the town, but was so quiet, no traffic noise but lots of lovley bord song. very comfortable bed. A great place to chill out. Recommend Thomas the Bakery for tasty treats, cakes pastries, deli veg and good quality butchery.

Our first stay in Helmsley, perfect location just off the market square, lots of good independent shops, plenty to enjoy locally. We had days when we just stayed in and around Helmsley exploring, walking and people watching in the market square. Coast and other places easy to reach. Good journeys on very quiet roads, stunning scnery and views. Helen's communications were friendly, helpful and prompt. We hope to return to Little Barn.
