Check-in and check-out
We are a small team and often, happily, are checking-in new guests the same day, we therefore respectively ask guests to check out by 10am. Check-in is from 4pm.
Further details on how to find us and other check-in details will be sent to you 1-2 days prior to arrival together with the lock box code.

Parking
Parking for one car is provided in front of LB.
Please note that the driveway between the Cleveland Way and LB’s gate is owned by my neighbour and therefore must not be parked on or blocked at anytime please.

Facilities and Equipment
Oven, 2 ring induction hob, fridge (no freezer compartment), toaster, kettle, coffee cafetiere.
TV: please note that as there is no ariel, so it is smart only. You will therefore need your log-ins for TV apps such as Iplayer etc - it is likely you have these at home, so will need to recall your passwords.
Bedroom/Shower Room: Hairdryer and Iron. If you would like an ironing board, please ask as one is not stored on site. Hangers and chest of drawers and tall mirror.

Heating and Log-burner
Log burner: Between October and April a small starter pack of logs is provided. Please do not take fire wood from the driveway, this is wet or unseasoned and mustnot be burned.
Additional logs and kindling can be purchased locally at BATA on Bondgate or at Homeworks in Barkers Yard.
Other heating: Electric radiators in the kitchen/lounge and bedroom. Underfloor heating in shower room and heated towel rail. The radiators are set to come on when triggered by the thermostat.

Muddy boots and wet kit
One of the great benefits is the location of Little Barn on the Cleveland Way as well as so many other wonderful walks. We therefore provide an external drying store for your coats and muddy boots.

End of Stay
Please leave used towels on the shower room floor and unused on the towel rack.
Bins for standard waste and recycling are in the driveway.
Please close any ground floor windows and lock the door, returning the key to the lock-box.

PETS
We are unable to accept any pets.

Wifi
Full fibre connection (swish fibre).
Please note that there is limited mobile signal, so we use wifi calling.
